We offer free delivery on all orders over £300*. Orders under £300 and over 20kg in weight will be charged a £25 delivery fee. Please note postcode restrictions apply and may incur additional charges. Click here for more details .
Kerbside delivery
We operate a kerbside delivery service for all orders over 20kg. Your tiles will arrive by pallet on an HGV on your chosen delivery date which you can select at the checkout. Please note that if you have ordered trims, these will arrive separately.
If your home has restricted access, please advise when placing your order as this could lead to a delay with delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched by the Tile Warehouse team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link for to track the status of your order. You can also track your order by logging in your Tile Warehouse account.
Our kerbside delivery service currently operates Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm. Unfortunately, orders cannot be unpacked or carried indoors by your Tile Warehouse courier. We would always advise having someone with you to help unload the items from your pallet due to their size and weight.
Returns
We offer all our customers the option to return any resell-able tiles to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that refunds exclude all delivery charges. Click here for more information.
